Refunds, cancellations & terms
The Zero to Architect Playbook is a digital product. The policies below govern every purchase made through Blue Invader d.o.o.
Refund & dispute policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If the Zero to Architect Playbook isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing contact@blueinvader.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
As a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you may be asked to consent to immediate access; where you do, the statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply, but our 14-day satisfaction guarantee above still does.
If you have a problem with a payment or believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at contact@blueinvader.com. We resolve the large majority of issues quickly and directly, without the need to open a card dispute.
Cancellation policy
The Zero to Architect Playbook is sold as a one-time purchase that grants ongoing access to the course materials. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. You can choose to stop using the course at any time. If you bought the course and no longer want access, the refund terms above apply within the 14-day window.
If we ever offer a subscription or membership product in the future, you will be able to cancel it at any time from your account or by emailing us, and cancellation will stop any further renewals.
Delivery
All products sold by Blue Invader d.o.o. are digital. Access is delivered electronically and is available immediately after a successful payment. No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping charges or return shipping apply.
